Ashley Bradfield

Ashley “Crash” Bradfield is a seasoned production manager, event coordinator, former tour manager, and nonprofit consultant with more than 15 years of experience producing live music, arts events, conferences, and fundraisers nationwide. Born and raised in the DC-metro area, Ashley is a classically trained pianist and holds a BA in Arts in Education for Healing & Social Change from New York University. She is currently based in Williams Oregon in the Applegate Valley.
As Co-Founder of Crash & C-Mac Productions, Ashley specializes in talent buying, production management, artist advances, contract negotiations, and event logistics. She is also Principal Consultant of Bradfield Consulting and serves as Staffing Director for the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA) Conference.
Ashley is passionate about strengthening rural music ecosystems and advocating for independent artists, small venues, equitable access to live music, and sustainable creative economies outside major metropolitan areas.
She is a Board Member and Co-Director of Camp Bluegrass Pride, helping create an inclusive space for LGBTQ+ and ally bluegrass musicians and fans. Ashley also serves as Vice Chair of the Williams Citizens Advisory Committee.
When she’s not working or volunteering, Ashley enjoys traveling, live music, local food, playing piano, and hiking with her two toy Australian Shepherds, Pearly Baker and Jasper.
