Anthony Messano

Anthony Messano has many roles, including being a father, songwriter/vocalist/guitarist for the band Tito Padrino, partner/financial advisor in Schmitt Private Wealth (A Private Wealth Practice of Ameriprise Financial), and being a staunch advocate for MusicPortland in his role as Treasurer on the board of directors. Music and helping others are his passions.
He's lived in Portland for 15 years, having moved from Phoenix, Arizona, where he spent his youth, in order to pursue the rock and roll dream. During his journey in Portland, he's played in various bands as a drummer, became a studio musician, and learned the art and trade of Audio Engineering. Once his son Rocco was born in 2015, it was time to shift gears out of audio engineering and direct his degree in marketing toward a new career path. Finance. Fueling his passion for helping others and honing his songwriting skills, Anthony spends his time outside his career channeling his experiences through his band, Tito Padrino, a Volcanic Rock Duo. He's active in the music scene and has developed incredible relationships through MusicPortland. His aim is to share his experiences with others in hopes they, too, can have a sense of direction and belonging.
